Funeral services were held Feb. 12 at Fairview Church for Mrs. Trannie Lou Gann, who died at 73 on Feb. 11 at the Houston Hospital.
Services were conducted by Revs. Frank Smith, James Staggs, David Thompson and Leslie Porter, and interment was in Chickasaw Memorial Garden.
Mrs. Gann was the daughter of Jessie F Criddle and Anna Bell Wooten. She was a native of Chickasaw County and was affiliated with the Fairview Church of God of Prophecy.
She was the widow of Frank Gann. She is survived by two sons, Curtis of Houston and William of Grenada; a daughter, Miss Ruth Gann of Houston; two brothers, Eugene and Emmitt both of Houston; three sisters, Mrs. Clarence Gann, Mrs. Bobby Lee Gann both of Houston and Mrs. Joe Swords of Avon; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Mahlon Gann, Joe Criddle, Eugene Criddle, Jr., Hubert Gann, David Criddle, and Bobby L Gann. Memorial Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements
