Mrs. Theresia Meyer, 77, of St. Nazianz, life long resident of the county,died Thursday at the Holy Family hospital. Funeral services will be held at 9:30am Saturday at St. Gregory's Catholic
Church, St. Nazianz, with burial in the church cemetery.
She was born Theresia Knier in Eaton in 1872 and 57 years ago was married toMichael Meyer. They located on a farm in Liberty. Mr. Meyer died nineyears ago since which time Mrs. Meyer resided in St. Nazianz.
Survivors are three sons; John of Route 1, Valders, Matt of Cleveland and Stephen of Valders; four daughters, Mrs. George Heimann of Eaton, Mrs. Joseph Schad of Route 1, Kiel, Mrs. Peter Stein Jr. of Route 1 Valders and Mrs. Hugo Woelfel of New Holstein; two brothers, Ambrose of St. Nazianz and Joseph Sr. of route 1 Valders; four sisters; Mrs. Mary Ebenhoe of Black Earth, Wisconsin, Mrs. Peter Schad of School Hill, Mrs. Joseph Tienor of Clark Mills and Mrs. Louis Manlick of Auburndale,Wisconsin; 37 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
The body may be viewed at the Kellenbenz Funeral Home, St. Nazianz, where the rosary will be recited at 8 o'clock tonight.
