MRS. ALETHA H. FOWLER
WOODRUFF, Dec. 7 - Mrs. Aletha Howard Fowler, 67, widow of Vernon Fowler, died at her home at 1:30 a.m. Friday following several years of declining health.
She is survived by two sons, Robert and V. Fowler; three daughters, Mrs. Minnie Waters, Mrs. Pearl Collins and Mrs. Gertrude Mabrey; a sister, Miss Mary Howard and 17 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 3 p.m. from Selma Baptist Church conducted by the Pastor, Rev. J.B. Steppe. Interment will be in the Church cemetery.
Pallbearers will be John Howard, Manning Cureton, Tom Watson, Richard Scruggs, Walker Waters and Willie Pearson.
