WANATAH -- Private services for Miss Mary Ellen Doll, 26, a schoolteacher from Wanatah who was found murdered in a field southwest of LaPorte near Westville Tuesday, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Wiesjahn Funeral Home. Rev. Gene Applegate, pastor of the Christian Church, will officiate, and burial will be in the Hanna Cemetery, Hanna. Friends may call after 7 p.m. today in the funeral home.
