Lillian Lucille Chenoweth was the beautiful daughter, and fifth child born to Jeff William Chenoweth and Melvia Willie Hensley Chenoweth.

Lillian had one Brother and six Sisters ~ Reba Estell (Hamilton), Edgar Mike, Fern, Grace Johnie (Leach), Eunice Margaret (Bolin), and Clide Maxine (Owens Martin).

Hubert Lee Holland and Lillian Lucille Chenoweth were united in marriage ~ July 5, 1930. Hubert and Lillian were blessed with one Son ~ Brant.

✝ SWEET AUNT LILLIAN READ THE BIBLE COMPLETELY THROUGH THREE TIMES...WHEN SHE WASN'T COOKING, KEEPING HER HOUSE SPOTLESS, GROWING A BIG GARDEN, FILLING THE CELLAR WITH FRESH CANNED VEGETABLES, AND HELPING TAKE CARE OF THE COWS AND CALVES ON THEIR FARM. ✝

They lived all their married life on their farm on Lick Branch, just southeast of the Old Rocky Comfort Church. Owned and operated a commerical beef and cow herd. They had a beautiful natural spring that ran through their back yard, Aunt Lillian grew the biggest and most beautiful "Elephant Ears" you ever saw in the branch. They even had the spring water piped into their enclosed back porch that ran into a sink, the water was never turned off. She grew all kinds of beautiful flowers, she was blessed with a green thumb. My sister, brother and I loved going to Aunt Lillian and Uncle Hubert's to visit, playin' in the branch and Uncle Hubert always took us to the root cellar to show off all the beautiful vegetables, Aunt Lillian worked so hard canning. Days of long ago....but still fresh in my memory. All our family would go to Aunt Lillian and Uncle Hubert's for Thanksgiving...a Family Tradition. Uncle Hubert and Aunt Lillian were married almost sixty four years.

Uncle Hubert passed away June 25, 1994 at the age of 83 years 9 months and 29 days. Our Sweet, Fun and Special Aunt Lillian passed away October 10, 2001 at the age of 87 years. They were blessed with two beautiful grandchildren ~ Timmy and Tammy, and five great grandchildren. ~ Lillian was a member of the United Methodist Church of Elm Springs, Arkansas.
