Harold, was the loving son of Johnny Hartwell Baxter and Violet Mae Thomas Baxter. Besides his parents he is survived by his grandmother, Annie Mae Able Thomas; three brothers, Larry, Richard, and Gary Baxter; three sisters, Barbara, Patricia, and Debra Baxter; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wilney Edward Thomas, and Elmer F. Baxter and Lillie Mae Tant Baxter.
Harold was 20 1/2 years old when he died from an accidental drowning in a swimming pool.
