Barbara Ann Baxter Nunnally, age 50, of Midlothian, Virginia, passed away December 5, 1996 at MCV Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born in Dallas, Paulding County, Georgia on February 25, 1946 to Johnny Hartwell and Violet Mae Thomas Baxter. She was a waitress and was employed by J. C. Penney for twelve years.
She is survived by her parents, Johnny and Violet Baxter, her husband, F. E. Nunnally; three children, John, Sheila, and Michael Nunnally; grandchildren, Crystal, R. J., Kelly, Robin, Katie, Alyssa, and a grandson, Austin who was born Aug. 1997; three brothers, Larry, Richard, and Gary; two sisters, Patricia and Debra; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Ann Marie; her grandparents, Elmer F. and Lillie Mae Tant Baxter and Wilney Edward "Willie" Thomas and Annie Mae Abel Thomas; her brother, Harold Edward Baxter who died May 19, 1974.
