Henry was the ninth and youngest child of Henry John Hahn and Wilhelmina Katherine Konrad. He was a farmer. He and his wife, Lois, had a daughter.
Tragically, Henry died at age 21 from a welding accident when a metal drum exploded. His daughter was just one month old at the time of his death.
