Mrs. Charlotte A. Jantz, 78, of Route 1, Elm Mott, died Wednesday afternoon in a West nursing home.

Funeral services: 10 a.m. Friday at St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Gerald, Rev. Robert Burgess officiating, burial in Gerald Cemetery.

Survivors: One daughter, Mrs. Charles Pack of Waco; two brothers, Walter Altus of Harlingen and Theo Altus of Phoenix, Ariz.; one sister, Mrs. Bertha Jantz of Elm Mott; three grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, several nieces and nephews.

According to her death certificate she was the daughter of August Altus and Marie Furmin.

She was buried on April 30, 1976.
