Rosella Marie (Baldus) Klingfus 87, a longtime resident of Longmont, passed away in Green Valley, AZ on Nov. 6th, 2016. Rosella was born to Leo and Mildred Baldus of Gardner Iowa in 1929. She grew up and graduated high school from Elkton, Minnesota. She married Arnold Loren Klingfus in 1949. They lived in Rochester, Minn. until moving to Colorado in 1965. Rosella was employed with IBM for several years. Rosella is preceded in death by her husband, "Arnie "; sister, Florence Dearmin; and brothers, Wilbert, Everett, and Fred Baldus. She is survived by four daughters, Linda (Jim) Thomson of Elizabeth, Janice (Gerhard) Scott of Otis, Sherry (Robert) DiLaura of Castle Rock, and Cindy (Patrick) Sedillo of Green Valley, AZ. Rosella has 8 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. She is also survived by brothers, Alvin (Lolly), Bernie (Joe), and Roy (Theresa) Baldus; and many nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services will be held on Nov. 23. At 10:30 am at the Longmont Mt. View Cemetery. Memorial contributions will be given to the catholic church.
