LAST RITES FOR WM. FENTON MARS
William Fenton Mars, 55, Phila., died, Feb 17, at the family home on Holland following a long illness. Mr. Mars, a native of Neshoba county, was the son of the late Dr. W. H. Mars and Mrs. Florence Latimer Mars, members of prominent Central Miss. families. He was a member of the Phila. First Methodist church.
Survivors include his sister, Mrs. Martha Dees; 2 neices, Miss Florence Mars and Miss Martha Latimer Mars; 1 nephew, Mont Mars all of Phila., and 1 aunt, Mrs. H. L. Austin of Jackson.
Last rites were held at 10 on Thursday in the First Methodist church with the Rev. John Cook officiating. Interment followed in Cedarlawn. Daws funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
