John (Jack) E. Whiting, age 64, of Cedar City, Utah, died Wednesday, October 14, 1992 at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center of kidney disease.
He was born October 21, 1927 in Springville to John Hall and Mary Ellen Clegg Whiting. He married Beverly Hancock March 23, 1949 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly, of Cedar City; three daughters and one son: Diane Gardner of Las Vegas; Ellen Peterson of Orem; Debby Gavin of Cedar City; Bruce J. Whiting of Las Vegas; nine grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Mark Whiting of Las Vegas; Mary Sanford of Springville; Marjorie Fullmer of Blackfoot Idaho.
Burial was October 19, 1992.
