Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Melton Mortuary Chapel for Lonnle William Bragg, 81, Eccles. The Rev. W.J. Mullins will be in charge with burial to be in Goodson Cemetery at Abraham.

Bragg died Wednesday at 2:15 p.m. in a local hospital following a long illness.

Born July 9, 1895, at Pear, he was a son of the late Adam and Marge Fox Bragg. A retired coal miner, Bragg had been a resident of Eccles for 40 years and attended the Eccles Church of God.

Survivors include two daughters, Dixie (Mrs. Lawrence) Stools and Rujean (Mrs. Gilmer) Ayers, both of Eccles; a sister, Mrs. Sadie Kincaid of Beaver; 6 grandchildren
and 13 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the funeral home today from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Pallbearers will be John and Clarence Stoots, Danny Howerton, Danny Bradley, Max Williams and David Sellards.
