Howard - Letha Blanche Hebb, 87, of Fall River, died May 23, 1999 at Howard Twilight Manor. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Zimmerman Funeral Home. The Rev. Don Harper will officiate. Burial will be in Grace Lawn Cemetery.

Memorials have been established with Howard Twilight Manor and Fall River Christian Church. Hebb was born Juy 21, 1911 in Higgins, Texas, to Charles Ellerson and Lanora L. (Furman) Jontra. The family moved to Shattuck, Oklahoma, where she attended school. When she was a teenager, they moved to Elk County. On January 1, 1929 she married Manley Lee Hebb in Howard. They lived south of Howard untill moving to a ranch near Fall River in 1931.

Her husband died December 19, 1995. Two sons, Melvin and Roland Hebb, and two daughters, Phyllis and Kathy Hebb, also preceded her in death.

Survivors include four sons, Kurly Hebb, Kaufman, Texas, Gary Hebb, Howard, and Donald and Max Hebb, both of Fall River; a daughter, Donna Cross, Eureka; two sisters, Weltha Wells, Clintwood, VA., and Muriel Cody, Longton; 24 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren
