Per The Miami Herald Wednesday, August 4, 1915, married to H. Leslie Quigg. H. Leslie Quigg was the Chief of Miami Police Department in 1921.

Obit: Katherine Quigg, Wife of Ex-Chief - Katherine M. Quigg 87, wife of former Miami Chief of Police and Commissioner H. Leslie Quigg, died Sunday at her daughter's home in Perry, Fla. Mrs. Quigg was a native of New Smyrna Beach, Fla., and had been a resident of Miami since 1900. Thirteen months ago, she became ill and move with her husband to Perry. They had been married 64 years. her husband, now 92, was police chief from 1921 to 1928 and again from 1937 to 1945. He served six years as commissioner. He retired as Dinner Key yacht and dock coordinator at age 87. Mrs. Quigg was a former member of Central Baptist Church and the Exchangette Club.

Besides her husband, she leaves a son, Howard Leslie; daughter, Emma Lee McDougall; six grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. Repose will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Ahern-Plummer Bird Road Chapel, where services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday.
