Ms. Lorene J. Helms, of Mansfield, Arkansas, died March 6, 2011, at her home. Lorene was 84 years old. She was a homemaker and a member of Jamesfork Baptist
Ms. Helms is survived by three daughters: Lora Jackson of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Bertha Haysmer of Mansfield, Arkansas and Judy Spearman of Jenny Lind, Arkansas; four sons: John, Kenneth, and Frank Helms, all of Mansfield, Arkansas and J.E. Helms of Jennings, Oklahoma; two brothers: David Tucker of Mansfield, Arkansas and Willie Tucker of Mount Vernon, Texas; 27 grandchildren; and 48 great-grandchildren; other relatives; and many, many dear friends.
Funeral services for Lorene were held Wednesday morning,at McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood, Arkansas.
Pallbearers were her beloved grandsons: Steve, Albert and Shannon Haysmer, Coty Helms, Galen Martin and Stevie Haysmer Jr.
Lorene was laid to rest at Coop Prairie Cemetery in Mansfield(Scott Co. side), Arkansas.
