Beloved husband of Mary Sbisa Blanchard; father of Mrs. Wallace (JoAnne) Burns, Mrs. Donald (Suzanne) Faust, Mrs. Harvey (Marianne) Cole II, Mrs. James (Dianne) Grace, Sister Julianne Blanchard, D.C., Mrs. John (Anne) Morvant, Albert Blanchard, Mrs. Phillip (Patricia Anne) Shuler, III, and Joseph S. Blanchard, Jr.; son of the late Oneziphore Blanchard and Lucie Ann Seuzeneau Blanchard; brother of Martin O. Blanchard; O. J. Blanchard; Elvie Pence, and the late Albert Blanchard, Jefferson Blanchard, Mrs. Lucie Whitfield, Mrs. Edna McLeod, Mrs. Corinne Trawick and Mrs. Armantine Trawick; also survived by 34 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Age 77 years. A native of Bay St. Louis, Ms., and a resident of Waveland, Ms. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM on Wednesday, December 23, 1987, at St. Claire Catholic Church in Waveland, Ms. Interment in Gardens of Memory Cemetery Bay St. Louis, Ms. Visitation on Tuesday evening at the Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, Mo. from 7 PM until 10 PM. Recitation of The Rosary at 8 PM. The family prefers donations to St. Claire Conference of St. Vincent De Paul Society.
