Mr. Robbins died at 10:35 p.m. Sunday at the House of the Good Samaritan, after suffering a heart attack.
Private calling hours will be held this evening at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the Glen Park Volunteer Fire Department.
Surviving are his wife, Naomi J., Watertown; Two sons, Travis M. and Vance M., both of Watertown; his mother Betty M. Robbins, 191 Bradley Street Road; a sister, Mary Hofer, Ogden, Utah; numerous aunts and uncles, and a companion, Barbara Kane, Watertown.
His father, Henry P. Robbins, died in 1986.
He was born Aug. 1, 1955, in Watertown, a son of Henry P. and Betty M. Bice Robbins. He graduated from General Brown Central School, Dexter, in 1973.
He married Naomi J. Kellar on July 10, 1976, in Dexter. The marriage ended in separation.
Mr. Robbins was service manager at Dave Foster's RV Center, LeRay Street, where he had been employed for 17 years.
He was a member of the Watertown Eagles Club.
