Funeral services for Elbert Eugene Boyts, who was found dead in his car Friday, are scheduled Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church, Manhattan. Interment will be at Meadowview cemetery. The Rev. Wayne Pudintun will officiate.
Boyts was born in Belgrade, March 18, 1909 and was married to Evelyn O’Leary in 1949.
He was a member of the Bozeman Moose Lodge and was a truck operator in this area for several years.
Survivors include the wife, four daughters, Mrs. Lawrence Lewis, Belgrade, Mrs. Tom Cline, Bozeman and Wanda and Doris Boyts of Manhattan. Also a brother and sister, Arthur Boyts of Scott Mills, Ore., and Mrs. Louis Platt of Deer Lodge, Mont., and four grandchildren.
