Hannah was married to William Gifford on
Dec. 22, 1841 in Barre, Massachusetts. Early in their marriage, William and Hannah lived in Maine for a short time. They lived in Dartmouth, Mass., Little Compton, Rhode Island, and Westport, Mass. until her death from "Consumption" in 1869, just two years after the death of her husband.
William & Hannah had eight children.
