Rachel married Albin Johnsen (Johnson) (b. 1869 Sweden, d. 1933 N. Dakota) on December 21, 1897 at the Rock Creek Lutheran Church at Meroa, Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa. The couple had 4 daughters: Edna, Gladys, Clara and Helen.
Rachel Isaacs Johnsen died August 29, 1938 at Benson, North Dakota and is buried at the Vasa Lutheran Cemetery, Esmond, Benson, North Dakota.
