Jack Lippincott, a well known citizen and a retired farmer of Franklin township, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Anna Silvius, West Lincoln street, Waynesburg, Wednesday afternoon, June 29, aged 71 years, of infirmities incident to advanced years. Mr. Lippincott had made his home with his daughter since the death of his wife, Mrs. Nancy Hughes Lippincott, four years ago. He is survived by four children, William Lippincott, of Franklin township, Frank and Edward B. Lippincott and Mrs. George (Anna) Silvius, of Waynesburg. He is also survived by the following brothers and sisters: Frank Lippincott and Mrs. Rachel (James) Bell, of Morgan township; Elisha and Irvin Lippincott and Mrs. Anna Day of Franklin township, and Mrs. William Day, of East Waynesburg.
