Funeral services for Leola Fronie Schlegel Seedig, 84, of Olney were held Sunday, Aug. 28, in the chapel of Lunn Funeral Home with the Reverend Gerald Peterman, pastor of Faith Lutheran Church of Graham, and Scotte Clark of Olney officiating.

Interment followed at Restland Cemetery with arrangements under direction of Lunn Funeral Home.

Mrs. Seedig was born Dec. 16, 1920, in Olney to the late Ben and Emilie (Bernhardt) Schlegel. She died Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2005, in Olney Hamilton Hospital.

She and Henry Seedig were married Sept. 29, 1946, in Albany.

Mrs. Seedig was a lifetime resident of Olney. She attended Saint Luke Lutheran Parochial School. She was a homemaker.

She was a longtime member of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League (LWML) and the Olney Homemakers Club. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Graham.

Survivors include her husband Henry Seedig of Olney; a sister; a son; a daughter; two grandsons; and a great-grandchild.

She was also preceded in death by six brothers Harold, Wilbert, Harvey, Martin and Richard, all of Olney, and Norbert of Meridian.
