William R. Crowe, age 82, of 2330 Van Buren Street, New Holstein died April 13, 1999 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, in Milwaukee. A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy rosary Catholic Church, New Holstein. Rev. Frank Weber pastor will officiate with burial in the parish cemetery.

He was born May 29, 1916 in Manitowoc, son of the late Edward and Ellen Morris Crowe. On June 13, 1942 he married Dolores Kott at Two Rivers. William graduated from Lincoln High School, Manitowoc in 1934. He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, New Holstein, a charter member of the St. Vincent DePaul Society, New Holstein.

Survivors include one son, William (Chris) Crowe, Wauwatosa; two daughters, Calla (Carl) Haese, Goodhue, Minn., Kathy (Roy) Reese, New Mexico; six Grandchildren, Brad, Scott, Kelly, Nichole, Sarah and Emily; three great grandchildren; two sisters, Ellen (Lou) Fandrich, Manitowoc, Rosemary Burn, Virginia. He was preceded in death by his wife one August 1, 1990, his parents and one brother, Harold.
