William C. Reinemann, age 93, village of Cleveland resident, went home to his Lord on Monday, Dec. 25, 2006, at the Sheboygan Beach Health Care Center.

He was born on Dec. 8, 1913, in the town of Centerville, the son of the late George and Emma Sachse Reinemann. He attended Center School in Cleveland. On Sept. 4, 1937, he was united in marriage to Arlene Huebner. The couple resided on the Reinemann homestead in the town of Centerville where they engaged in farming and he helped his brother with a milk route. The marriage was blessed with three children. In 1969 he was employed by the Kohler Company, Kohler, where he worked in the maintenance department until retiring in 1979. Bill was also employed by the Stoltenberg Funeral Chapel in Cleveland for many years. In 1970 Bill and his wife moved to Cleveland where Bill was presently living. Mrs. Reinemann passed away Nov. 15, 2003.

William was a lifelong member of St. John and St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, Cleveland, and had served on its church council as elder and trustee. He was a former member of the Manitowoc County Farm Bureau. He also was a volunteer for the Senior Citizens Meals on Wheels program and a senior league bowling team in Manitowoc. Bill was very active with various card clubs and enjoyed meeting new people and visiting with old friends.

He is lovingly survived by two sons: Lee (Carol) Reinemann, Sheboygan Falls, and William K. Reinemann, Milwaukee; one daughter: Karen (Melvin) Mauk, town of Sheboygan; seven grandchildren: Loren (Dawn) Reinemann, Howards Grove; Darin (Jodi) Reinemann, town of Greenbush; Lee Jay Reinemann, Sheboygan Falls; Dave Reinemann, Wausau; Kristin (Rick) Schunk, Eau Claire; Kenneth (Megan) Mauk, Wauwatosa; Karla (Lawrence) Baier, Menasha; six great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews; three sisters-in-law: Pauline (the late Omar) Huebner, Arizona; Lilah (the late Arno) Pleuss, Manitowoc; and Doris (the late Leo) Latasiewicz, Indiana. Preceding Bill in death are one grandson: Darrell Mauk; and two brothers: Roland (Lila) and Alfred (Elvira); and four sisters: Elva (Frank) Kautzer; Anita (Ewald) Anger; Alma (Edmund) Langenhahn; and Ruth (Matt) Schwartz.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, Dec. 29, 2006, at 11 a.m. at St. John and St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in Cleveland. Pastor David Endorf will officiate and burial will follow at St. John (Kassa) Cemetery, town of Centerville.

Friends may call at the church on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2006, from 4 until 8 p.m., and on Friday, Dec. 29, 2006, from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of service.

A memorial fund has been established in Mr. William Reinemann's name.
