Mrs. Peter Schwinn was the guest of honor on Sunday in observance of her 75th birthday anniversary at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Schwinn. Recent Birthday
The 80th birthday of Mrs. Peter Schwinn, which occurred last Wednesday, was observed Sunday, when members of her family gathered at the home of Mrs. Schwinn's son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Joe Scheidt, route 1, Cleveland. The latter also was celebrating her birthday.
Supper was served to 70 persons, at a table centered with a large birthday cake. Mrs. Schwinn's children and grandchildren, with the exception of those in service, were present for the party. Other guests included her sisters, Mrs. Jacob Wagner, Sheboygan, and Mrs. Frank Wagner, St. Wendel, who also have birthdays in April.
Pvt. Henry Schwinn of Ft. Houston, Tex., had a birthday on Sunday and the fourth celebrant was Joe Scheidt, Jr. Other persons In attendance were Misses Hannah and Agnes Schwinn, Albert Schwinn and Lawrence Stahl, Newburg.

Obituary
Mrs. Anna Schwinn, 80, Route I, Cleveland, passed away Wednesday afternoon at St. Nicholas hospital following a lingering Illness.
Nee Anna Wolf, she was born April 25, 1871, in St. Lawrence, Washington county, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Wolf, and was married to Peter Schwinn on Jan. 24, 1899. The couple operated a farm in the town of Herman until 1934, when they turned the farm over to a son, Edward, but continued to make their home with him. She was a member of the St. Wendel Catholic church and St. Ann's sodality of the church.
Survivors include two sons. Edward on the homestead and Paul of Cleveland; four daughters, Mrs. Theodore (Theckla) Wagner of Newton, Mrs. Joseph (Catherine) Scheidt and Mrs. Raymond (Agnes) Gries of Cleveland and Mrs. Edward (Marie) Klein of Sheboygan; 29 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Joseph Heintz of Hewitt, Wis., Mrs. Fred Heintz of Beloit, Mrs Jake Wagner of Sheboygan and Mrs. Frank Wagner of St. Wendel.
Mr. Schwinn passed away in December, 1945. One daughter, two sons and five brothers also preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at 9 30 a. m., Saturday, at the Stoltenberg Funeral home, Cleveland, and at 10 a. m. at St. Wendel's Catholic church. The Rev. Steven H. Zohlen will be celebrant of the requiem high mass and burial will be made in the church cemetery on 19 Jan 1952. The body will lie in state at the funeral home after 7.30 p. m., today, and the members of St. Ann's sodality will conduct a vigil at the funeral home at 8 p m., Friday.
