John Abler, 73, Wagonmaker, Expires At Home In Mt. Calvary
John Abler, 73. implement dealer and wagonmaker at Mt. Calvary, died at 12:30 a, m. today at his home from anaemia. He had been ailing for four months. Mr. Abler was a lifelong resident of Mt. Calvary.
Surviving are six daughters and sons, Ven. Sr. Cecile of Crown Point. Ind., Mrs. Benno Brenner of Mt. Calvary, Mrs. Ed. Meyer of Marinette and Emil, Edwin and Gilbert at home; four grandchildren: a sister. Mrs. John Koenigs of Mt. Calvary and five brothers, Michael Abler of St. Cloud and Joseph, John, Stephen, and Math of Mt. Calvary. Mrs. Abler died 19 years ago and a daughter, Mrs. Arnold Feldner, expired two years ago.
Funeral services will be held at 9:45 a. m. Thursday from the residence and at 10 a. m. from Holy Cross church in Mt. Calvary. The Rev. Fr. Nerius. 0. M. Cap. will officiate. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
Mr. Abler was a member of the Holy Name Society of the church.
