A native of Oglethorpe County she was the daughter of the late Jesse and Winnie Ware Aaron. Her second husband, William H. Garrison, preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and seamstress and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include son and daughter-in-law Frank and Karen Patman, of Crawford; daughter and son-in-law Sandra and Larry Rogers of Arnoldsville; and son and daughter-in-law Randy and Linda Patman also of Arnoldsville. Six grandchildren: Jacob Rogers, Jenny Wood, Zack Patman, Katie Patman, Niki Bennett and Toni Smith and four great-grandchildren. Four step-children Alice Ann Peltier, Wanda Dickens, Phillip Garrison, Susan Epps and their families. Four brothers, James Aaron, Hubert Aaron, Milton Aaron and Glen Aaron. Four sisters, Ruth Norman, Frances Gruenert, Margaret Savage and Faye Barrett.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 17 at Lord and Stephens, Crawford. The family is at the residence of Randy Patman, Arnoldsville and will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. tonight (Monday) at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Quiet Oaks Nursing Home in Crawford.
