Felix Orace "Bully" Bullard passed away at the age of 85 on November 1, 2011 in Portland, Oregon.

Born in Homestead, Florida in 1925, he lived most of his life in Jefferson County in Monticello, Florida.

He was a farmer and owner of Hatchett and Bullard Seed Growers Company. In 1958, he was voted Outstanding Young Farmer, an honor bestowed on only four farmers nationally per year.

He was a former Jefferson County Commissioner.

He proudly served his country in the U. S. Army 35th Infantry Division in Central Europe, including the Battle of the Bulge.

Felix was a member of the Sardis United Methodist Church in Monticello, Florida.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Gwendolyn (1986), and his sons Felix III (1988) and George Leslie (1969).

He is survived by his daughter Sherry Ann Jordan (Dennis - Portland, OR), his grandsons Joseph Todd Bullard (Chattanooga, TN), Andrew William Jordan (San Diego, CA), Thomas Edward Jordan (Portland, OR), his granddaughter, Tracie Ann Bullard (Tallahassee, FL), great-grandsons Austin, Tyler, Jamie "Grasshopper", Jeremy and great-granddaughter Hannah Lily.

He will be missed by all of those who knew and loved him.
