On April 29, 1875 she married Patrick Bernard Callanan in Mantorville, Dodge County, Minnesota. The couple had 12 children, one twin died at birth. The childrens names are: Helen (Charles Joslyn), Rosine (J.E. Saulsbury), John Henry (Sarah), Lenora (George Bruce), Maude (W.H. Campbell), Grace D. (Chauncy Root), Mary (Fred Greeney), Edith (William Snyder), Raymond B. (Frances), Ruth (Arthur Dollard), Esther, who had a twin brother.
Rosina moved to Havre, Montana to be near a daughter and died of edema of the lung on November 1, 1920. Her address on the death certificate was 225 First Avenue, Havre, Montana. She is buried in the Highland Cemetery, in Hill County, Montana.
