Services for Hugh A. Lucas, 54, of 604 North Salina Street, who died Thursday night at his home, will be conducted at 2:30 P.M. Saturday at the M. L. Callahan funeral home, 521 Tompkins Street, by the Rev. Ronald M. Straus of Westminster Presbyterian church. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. A native of Brooklyn, Mr. Lucas was employed as a millwright by the New Process Gear Company. He had lived in Syracuse 30 years and was a member of the Syracuse Industrial Club. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Nita Steele Lucas; five daughters, Mrs. Robert Nemecek of Paterson, N.J., Mrs. Leonard Ellithorpe, Mrs. John Behnke, Miss Pauline Lucas and Miss June Lucas; a son, Robert Lucas; two brothers, Sidney Lucas of Vermilion and Stephen Lucas of Syracuse.
