Probably born in Northampton County, Pennsylvania Eliza married James A. Marlin about 1840. She died at home at 1819 South Vogdes St, Philadelphia, Pa. She had seven children, three of whom were still alive in 1900. In her widowhood she had a small store at 2012 Wood Street in Philadelphia. Husband James Marlin died sometime between 1859 and June 1860, in either Philadelphia or Northampton County. His burial might have been in the Phila. Asbury Methodist Episcopal or in Slatington, Pa.
After James A. Marlin died she then married John Morgan who supposedly died in Key West, Florida aboard a ship.
