Services will be held at 2:30 P.M. today at the Florida Street Church of God for Rev. Thomas Swann Davidson, 55, pastor of the Clarksburg Church of God, who died Tuesday in a Clarksburg hospital of a heart ailment. He lived at South Charleston until three years ago when he accepted the Clarksburg pastorate. Rev. J.W. Lykins and Rev. J.A. Taylor will officiate and burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park with the Snodgrass mortuary at South Charleston in charge. Surviving are his wife; four sons, George O. Davidson, Thomas S. Davidson Jr.,
Charles B. Davidson and James W. Davidson, all of South Charleston; four daughters, Mrs Kenna Plank, Mrs P.R. Martin of South Charleston, Miss Trissa Ellen Davidson of Clarksburg and Mrs H.L. Hartley of Dunbar; his mother, Mrs
Martha Anne Davidson of South Hills; three brothers, John D. Davidson of Charleston, Lawrence Carr Davidson of Washington and Clarence B. Davidson of Charleston; six sisters, Mrs H.S. Hill of South Charleston, Mrs Mary M. Sligar, Mrs Alice F. Dent, Mrs Herbert Vaughn, Mrs H.G. Everbaugh and Mrs W.W. Price. all of Charleston, and two grandchildren. Honorary bearers are Rev. R.B. Roane, Rev. H. Hanson, Ezra Gillispie, Ed Roberts, and Ed Bowles. Active bearers will be Rev. James Gillispie, Rev. A. Estep, Rev. W.F. Chappelle, Rev. Ed Allen, Rev. John D. Thomas and C.B. Stout.
