Robert B. Kellogg, president and treasurer of the Kellogg-Burlingame company, dealers in power plant equipment, and a Mason of advanced degrees, died suddenly at his home, 32 Union av., SE., early last night.

Death was due to heart disease. Mr. Kellogg was 70 years old.

Born in Salem, Ill., Mr. Kellogg came to Michigan at the age of 7 and lived in Lansing for a number of years. Thirty-two years ago he came to this city and organized the Grand Rapids Supply company. He sold out in 1916 and organized and the company he headed at the time of his death.

Mr. Kellogg was a member of York lodge, Columbian chapter, R. A. M.; DeMoali commandery, DeWitt Clinton consistory, Saladin temple of the Shrine and the Chanters, with whom he san only last Monday.

Besides the widow, Rose B., to whom he was married in 1887, he leaves a son, Robert B., Kellogg, Jr. of Michigan City, Ind.; three daughters, Mrs. Hazel Johnson of Ann Arbor; Mrs. Marjorie Edelen of Toldeo, O., Mrs. Alice Phelps of Waterville, Me., and a sister, Mrs. John Ash of Grand Rapids, and seven grandchildren. Private funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at 10? o'clock.
