I started to mark this memorial as a 'famous' one due to Dennis' poularity in our community, but then I thought, that just won't do for Dennis. As Castor folk go, Dennis wasn't just 'famous', he was down right notorious! You'd be hard pressed to find a man more likeable than Dennis, with his sly smile that just made you wonder what he was up to, super quick wit and an unforgettable laugh that seemed to be almost constant. You couldn't present Dennis with a situation that he couldn't quickly come up with some kind of suggestion, philosophy or observation that would make it hilarious. He was easy to find in the General Store, just follow the sounds of jokes and laughter, and you'd find Dennis. He was a good man and a great friend and he'll be sorely missed. But don't worry, we'll see him again one day, and I'd just be willing to bet he's keeping God in stitches!
