Rosella Hein Oakley Chilton Times May 28, 1921

After a year of suffering from tuberculosis, Mrs. William Oakley was called to eternal rest on Thursday night, May 19th, at her home on Brooklyn Street. Mrs. Oakley had been failing rapidly for the past two months and her death was momentarily looked for during the last week of her life. There was no hope for her but everything was done for her comfort by her husband and other relatives.
Rosella Hein, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Hein, was born at Kloten in the town of Stockbridge, Sept. 15, 1892. Her mother died when she was a girl of eleven years. In 1909 her father moved to this city and since that time she has made it her home. She was married on Oct. 6, 1914, to William Oakley and enjoyed fairly good health until about a year ago when she was stricken with influenza which terminated in tuberculosis the cause of her death.
The deceased was an estimable young woman and was admired by neighbor and friends for her patient suffering during her illness. She returned the deepest gratitude for all that was done for her comfort and was uncomplaining while waiting the Master's call. She was a devout member of St. Mary's Catholic Church from which she was buried Saturday morning, Rev. Fr. L. N. Thelen officiating at a Requiem Mass, with interment in St. Mary's cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, four brothers, Henry M. of this city, Albert of Green Bay, Peter and Louis of Michigan and two sisters, Mrs. Jacob Schoenung of Chilton town and Mrs. Herbert Bowston of Northwest Canada.
