Born in Interlochten, Switzerland, Mrs. Seifert had resided in Alliance 49 years. She was a member of the First Evangelical and Reformed Church, the Ladies Aid Society and the L.C.W. Sunday School Class.
Surviving are two other daughters, Mrs. Ruth Ickes of Beechwood and Mrs. Edna Wisden of Canton; four sons, Homer of Alliance, LaMont of Columbus, Richard of Chicago, Ill., and Ruben of South Gate, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Mary DeHoff of Canton, Mrs. Eliza Bates of Paris and Mrs. Alverta Youtz of Louisville and nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Her husband, George died in 1930.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Myers Funeral Home in charge of Rev. Harry Schairbaum, pastor of the First Evangelical and Reformed Church. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be made in City Cemetery.
