Suzanne Fox

Helper - Suzanne Castang Fox, age 99, died March 21, 1995, at Castle Country Care Center.

She was born Feb. 9, 1896 in De Bergerac, France. She married Harry E. Fox on Aug. 21, 1921 in Denver, Colo., he died July 6, 1963.

Gardening was her first love and she took great pride in her very special herb garden. The family home was always filled with the smell of delicious bread, biscuits and sweets from the oven. She was also an expert at crocheting, making bedspreads, tablecloths, doilies and pillowcases. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by two daughters, two sons and their spouses, Mary F. and John Aagard, Fountain Green: Quentin (Bob) and Marie Fox, Helper; Harry and Millie Fox, Helper; Faye F. and Bill Branson, Helper; 15 grandchildren, 64 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by son William Kent; daughter, Janice; two great-grandsons, Lewis Bruce Westenskow and Ryan Fox.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 24, 11 a.m. at Mitchell Chapel. The family will be at Mitchell's Friday one hour prior to services. Friends may call at Mitchell's from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Interment, Mountain View Cemetery, Helper.
