He was born July 7, 1927 in Soldier Summit, Utah to Harrison "Harry" E. and Suzanne Castang Fox. Harry married Mildred "Millie" W. Radakovich, October 9, 1953 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Harry was a longtime resident of Carbon County, where he retired from D & R GW as a carman in 1986 with 39 years of dedicated service.

He served in U.S. Army during the Korean War. He enjoyed hunting, golfing, bowling and archery. Harry was affectionately known as "Mr. Fix-it"
