Funeral services for Elbert Solomon, 45, who died in Macoupin hospital July 30, were held at the Baptist church Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock conducted by Rev. R. A. Carrothers.
Near relatives surviving are his wife and seven children, Grace, Harold, Harvey, Coy, Bruce, Betty and Norma, also two brothers, Robert of Bloomington, Lee, Palmyra, and one sister Mrs. Minnie Brown, Pensacola, Fla. Interment was made in Oak Hill Cemetery.
