Fran Hupprich, 87, formerly of 428 N Indiana Ave, Morton IL, died at 7:15 pm Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2006 at Mardell Manor in Pekin.

She was born August 4, 1919 on a a farm near Minonk IL, the fourth child of John and Pearl Newlon Oltman. She married Lester J. Hupprich on July 20, 1940 in Palmyra MO. He died July 14, 2004. Her parents, four brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death.

Surviving are two daughters, Dian J (Michael) Poole of Pekin IL and Lindsay (Douglas) Stetzler of Morton IL and one son, Steve (Terry) Hupprich of East Peoria. Also, seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and one sister, Patricia Dalziel of Largo FL.

She was an active member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Morton and an avid golfer. She worked in food services at Bradley University, retiring in 1966.
