ED A. RUSCH, route 1, Brillion, a Calumet County Board member since 1965 and Town of Brillion chairman, died Sunday at his home after a lengthy illness.

He was born Sept. 26, 1898 in the Town of Rockland, a son of the Late Louis and Emma Zietlow Rushc. He married Florence Herman on May 27, 1925 in Sheboygan.

He was a native of Manitowoc County and had farmed most of his life in the town of Brillion. He was a career agent with rural Insurance Companies since 1949 and had been treasurer of the Fourth Junction Camp Assembly. He was a member of Zion United Methodist church, Forest Junction and had served as a church officer.

Survivors are his widow, two sons, Lewis, R. 1, Brillion and Harland, of Sheboygan; six grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Serena Truettner of Manitowoc; a a brohter, Harvey Diekvoss, R. 1, Brillion.

Visitation will be at Zion United Methodist Church, Forest Junction. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery.
