Theodore Braun, 77, of 1019 South 15th street, died suddenly at his home this
morning of a heart attack.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the First German Evangelical
Lutheran church, the Rev. L. H. Koeninger officiating. Interment will be in
Evergreen.
Mr. Braun was born in Luxembourg, Germany in 1869 and at the age of 12? came
to this country. He lived in Collins and Wayside and for the past 20 years has
lived in Manitowoc. He was employed as a guard at the shipyards. He married
Augusta Krueger in 1904.
Survivors are the wife, two sons, Norbert and Leonard of Manitowoc and two
daughters, Mrs. Edward Pautz of Maribel and Mrs. Emil Arndt of Manitowoc survive.
The body may be viewed at the Pfeffer funeral home from 7 p.m. Wednesday until
10 a.m. Friday when it will be moved to the church to lie in state until time of
services.
