Mrs. Edwin Braunel Dies At Family Home, In Manitowoc Rapids
Mrs. Clara Braunel, 51 years of age, wife of Edwin Braunel, town of
Manitowoc Rapids, passed away last evening at the family home, after
an illness of several weeks. Arrangements for the funeral have not been
completed but will be announced tomorrow.
The deceased was born at Chicago, her maiden name being Clara Johnson and was
married here to Mr. Braunel, Nov. 19, 1897, and since then has resided on a farm
in the town of Rapids. Besides the husband the deceased is survived by six
daughters, Mrs. Edward Sonnevik, Norway, Luella, Ruth, Evangeline and Edith all
at home, three sons, Raymond of Waukesha, Lenert and Arthur at home, and two
brothers, George Johnson of Pasa Robles, Cal., and Alfred of Chicago.
Funeral services will be held from the home.

o'clock from the family home in the town of Manitowoc Rapids. Burial will be at
Evergreen. It was announced last night that burial was to take place Saturday
morning.
