MICHAEL C. KUBSH
Michael C. Kubsh, 81, of 2418-16th St., Two Rivers, a native of the
Town of Cooperstown where he served for many years in various town
offices, died Sunday night at home.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mark Catholic
Church, Two Rivers, the Rev. Mark Stangel officiating. Burial will
be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Kubsh was born Sept. 30, 1871, in the Town of Cooperstown, son
of the late Joseph and Anna Zeman Kubsh. He married Malvina Finch
May 17, 1921, at St. Joseph Church, Kellnersville. The couple engaged
in farming in the Town of Cooperstown until 1948, moving to Two Rivers.
He retired from Hamilton Mfg. Co., Two Rivers, 16 years ago. A past
chairman of the Town of Cooperstown, he held numerous other offices in
the township over the years.
