Bushman, Anton (Sept. 17, 1888-July 13, 1936 –husband of Rose Diem [married June 11, 1912 at St. Gregory Catholic Church in St. Nazianz, Town of Eaton] –son of John Bushman and Regina Schnell [John and Regina married Sept. 12, 1865 at St. Gregory –this is the John and “Rosina” buried at Holy Trinity Cemetery in School Hill, Town of Meeme – John Dec. 12, 1841-Feb. 24, 1913 –Rosina Jan. 10, 1847-Aug. 13, 1909] –born Town of Meeme –on Sept. 19, 1914, Anton and Rose exchanged their farm east of School Hill, Town of Meeme for the house at 105 West Court in St. Nazianz –this exchange was made with Henry and Maria Ann Diem –because of debt problems, Anton then sold this house on Oct. 4, 1915 and moved to Denver, Colorado –lived in Denver until about 1926 when they moved to Milwaukee –residence at time of death was 627 West Washington Street, City of Milwaukee –at time of death was a manager at Peacock Markets in Milwaukee –on July 13, 1936 Anton was killed and Rose badly injured when their auto was run-over by a streetcar in Milwaukee –“Died in a Milwaukee hospital of injuries received when his car collided with an interurban train in Milwaukee last Thursday.
