St. Nazianz news:
Theodore Schwoerer, a former resident of this town, died at Cross Plains, on Dec. 29, 1918. He was born in St. Nazianz on Sept. 12, 1893. At the time of his death he was employed on a farm at Cross Plains.

Mr. Schwoerer leaves nine brothers to mourn his loss. They are Anton, George and Joseph of Cleveland, Fred of Mt. Horeb, John of St. Nazianz, Ulrich of Ada, Otto of Cross Plains, Peter and Frank. One sister, Kathryn precedes him in death. He was a loving brother and friend and his loss will be mourned by all who knew him.

He was buried from St. Gregory’s church on Jan. 3, 1919, Rev. Fr. Goerlich officiating.
