FRANK SADKOWSKI
Frank A. Sadkowski, 82, of School Hill, died Thursday morning, March 6, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where he had been a patient the past two weeks.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Trinity Catholic
Church, School Hill, following brief family rites at Meiselwitz Funeral
Home, Kiel. The Rev. Reginald Schrimpf will be celebrant of the Mass and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Sadkowski was born July 26, 1897, at Pueblo, Colo., son of the late
Frank and Mary Fessler Sadkowski. He was a veteran of the United States Marines, serving in France during World War I and married Martha Sobieck Sept 7, 1920, at Manitowoc. They farmed near School Hill until 1947, when they moved to School Hill where he was engaged as a building contractor.
Mrs. Sadkowski preceded him in death in 1967. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church at School Hill.
Survivors include two sons, Paul of McCook, Neb., and Anthony of School Hill; a daughter, Mrs. Rosco (Elizabeth) Busch of School Hill and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Bauer and Mrs. Hildegarde Nenning of Manitowoc. A brother and a sister preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Meiselwitz Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Friday, where
a wake service will be at 8 p.m.
