Mrs. Adolph Swindell

Services for Mrs. Myrtle Swindell, 86, of 756 S. Broadview, Wichita resident 35 years who died Saturday, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Byrd-Snodgrass Funeral Home Downtown. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.

Born in Rose Hill, Kan., she came to Wichita in 1933. She was a member of the Christian church. Her husband, Adolph, died several years ago.

Survivors include a son, Charles Warrender, Denver; a stepson, Ray Swindell, Pittsburg, Kan.; a daughter, Mrs. H.M. Tomlinson, Wichita; two stepdaughters, Mrs. William Lackey, Valley Center, and Mrs. Milton Goers, Boise, Idaho; a brother, Gilbert Johnson, Wichita; and three sisters, Mrs. Jim Kimble and Mrs. Gertrude Jones, of Augusta, Kan., and Mrs. C. A. Davis Wichita.

[Note: Myrtle was married three times: first to William Frank Epperson (no death or burial located), three children, George, Claude & Grace; second to Charles Mathew Warrender, two children, Charles and Max; and third to Adolphus "Dolf" Swindell.]
