Mrs. Mary E. Jackson Barrow, 75, of Winchester, died Saturday at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, VA.

Mrs. Barrow, born in Berkeley County, WV; was the daughter of the late John H. and Bertha Mills Jackson and the widow of Harry Barrow who died in 1980. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by a son, Donnie C. Barrow, a brother, Harry Jackson and three grandchildren.

She was a member of Abundant Life Christian Center in Stephen City, VA.

She is survived by six daughters, Faye Kerns of Stephens City, Mae Ballenger of Middleway, WV; Kay Mumaw of Thurmont, MD; Connie Knipple of Stuarts Draft, VA; Joy Walls of Gerrardstown, WV; and Bonnie Smith of Inwood, WV; five sons, Ronnie Barrow, Gay Barrow and Ray Barrow all of Winchester, VA; Jay Barrow of Arden, WV; and Nay Barrow of Glengary, WV; five sisters, Juanita Trenary of Ridgeway, WV; Betty Sampson of Middleway, WV; Stella Trenary and Nancy Hodgson, both of Bunker Hill, WV; and Carol Stein of New Jersey; four brothers, David Jackson of Altoona, PA; Tiny Jackson of Stephens City, VA; Albert Jackson of Ridgeway, WV; and Benny Jackson of Middleway, WV; 29 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

The family received friends 7-9pm, Monday, January 21, 2002 at the funeral home.

The funeral was held at 11am, Tuesday, January 22, 2002 at the South Berkeley Chapel of the Brown Funeral Homes in Inwood with the Rev. Malcolm Van De Reir officiating.

Burial was made in Payne's Chapel Cemetery.
